Good location on the sunrise side which I preferred to the sunset side. The room was clean the hammocks were great, overlooking the river and the value much better than other accommodations close-by

I loved everything about the room, the beds were comfy, the view fantastic, warm cosy lights, big room, and the street where the guesthouse is located is my favorite in both Don Det and Don Khone. The host was the sweetest person with the most genuine smile that made our day.
Although there were no laundry service available in low season, there is a lady that will clean your clothes 100 meters from the guesthouse. Similarly, you can eat breakfast around the guesthouse at 50 meters. Bikes can also be rented direclty there.

Lovely room, absolutely spotless. Bathroom spotless too. Nice decor in the room, good to have a mosquito net over the bed too as this island has a lot of mosquitos. Aircon worked well, room had a little balcony too. Good wifi too. The owner was absolutely brilliant, went out of his way to allow us to check in extremely early as we had been travelling all night. Most places do not allow this and we really appreciated being able to check in so early and get some sleep. He also sorted out our laundry to be washed for us too at a reasonable price. Location brilliant, only a few mins walk from the boat pier and within a minute or two walk from many restaurants.

It was a pleasure to stay at their guesthouse, better than I expected for the price. We had less than 24 hours there, so we didn't experience much, but their hospitality was noticed.

The property is in a fantastic location, with beautiful views over the Mekong. You have cafe’s and bars around you and are not too far from the main area (2mins on bike). The bed is very comfortable and the shower and toilet are good. The owner is lovely. Best place I’ve stayed in the islands. Brilliant stay, and so cheap.
The location is very quiet and peaceful, yet by bike you’re in Don Det centre in about 10 minutes. Food is good and very fairly priced. Family that runs the place is very friendly and welcoming. Also: there’s a place here to swim!
The room is small, but cozy. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The guesthouse is at the end of the town so it's quiet at night (also on a quieter Island), but there are enough good food option nearby.

great stay at pa kha guesthouse, very nice location in don khone with great views from the balcony. No mosquitos thanks to the mosquitos net. Rooms are so cheap and you even get hot water.
The guesthouse does not have a restaurant but the restaurant just next, the orange one restaurant, was the best restaurant I tried in the 4000 islands. delicious from breakfast to dinner and super cheap
