Very nice and private home stay at the property of a lovely family. Bun is a great host, he will do his best to make your stay perfect. He speaks English very well, and can arrange tours with wonderful guides who also speak English.
He has a free pick-up service (which we recommend, because his property is not easy to find).
Room was spacious and quiet, and has good airco and a large bathroom. The bed was comfy. There was free water to refill our water bottles.
Everything. The staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful for anything you need. I consider them friends after my time there with how welcoming and friendly they all were. The facilities are wonderful and very comfortable clean rooms. It was so nice to sit in the garden pool area and have a nice cold beer in the shade to escape the heat. The food is great and decent portions. Ate there a lot and enjoyed everything. It's the nicest guesthouse/hostel I've stayed at in SE Asia at such cheap prices as well.
Great location to visit the batcave. The perfect place to chill out with wonderful hosts that will cater for your every need. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet.
This was a great place. The French hosts were friendly and helpful. The guesthouse was in a fairly quiet street behind King Fy Hotel. The room was good, the shower was great.

Ample space. Really recommend this place. Not a 5 star hotel but a very homely and welcoming guesthouse. Most guests were foreigners during our stay and they offer both western and Asia food. Great English country music played. We booked for one night but extended our stay.
We loved our stay here. The room was big, super clean and it had everything we needed. The location is also good, a short walk from the city center and the breakfast was really nice and cheap. Amazing value for money. But the best thing about this place is the staff, especially Pen. He’s the best host you could have, he helped us with everything even with some problems we encountered during the trip that were unrelated to the accommodation. We highly recommend staying here!

He helped us book a scooter (not the best, but did the job) and booked a bus for us. He has good contacts in Battambang.
