Narusawaso, hotel in Narusawa

Narusawaso offers accommodations in Narusawa, 17 miles from Mount Fuji and 3.2 miles from Fujiomuro Sengen Shrine.

This is a great place if you have a car and go with your spouse or partner. The bus and train last time is 5:15. So you will be at trouble if you do not reach before that. But the owner offered us a ride to the cave. We liked it. Japanese style home stay. Very quiet, nice, near to the kawaguchiko and the caves. very nice location. If you want raw Japanese rural experience, this property is very good to stay.

Habitacion NIIYA Mt Fuji, hotel in Narusawa

Habitacion NIIYA Mt Fuji provides a public bath and air-conditioned accommodations in Fujikawaguchiko, 0.7 miles from Lake Kawaguchi.

Accessible from the bus line (Green line). Owners are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Ac worked great and loved all the windows in the room I had. There are screens on all the windows! Mt Fuji is visible and great to see and admire. It’s not a full view. Other homes are in the way but you see the peak. Shared fridge and shared bathrooms. Showers are Not separate for men and women. Close to the park which has wonderful views of Mt Fuji during breaks in the weather. Some restaurants near by but most are 10-15mins walk away. Bus lines do stop running early (4ish depending on the bus stop). Very quiet neighborhood. Do your research if you’re climbing the mountain, the rules and climbing visitation has changed in 2024.

Nishimiyasou, hotel in Narusawa

Located just steps away from Lake Kawaguchi in the Mount Fuji area, Nishimiyasou features Japanese-style rooms with a flat-screen TV.

The room was really spacious and beautiful and futons were really comfy. It was so close to the lake, and the surrounding area was pretty and quiet. They have bicycle rental which is really nice. Also, the staff is incredibly kind - while out cycling on the other side of the lake, heavy rain started and they came to pick us and our bike! The showers and Onsen were great! Highly recommend, and if I ever find myself in Kawaguchiko area I’ll definitely book there again.

Kawaguchiko Station Inn, hotel in Narusawa

Kawaguchiko Station Inn is a 1-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Train Station and a 7-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Lake in the Mount Fuji area.

It was very clean, close to the station, and had a public bath on the top floor with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji. The manager/owner was really nice and when I arrived early let me use the facilities while they prepared my room. They were able to receive luggage forwarding as well and even brought it to my room while I was out.

We are glad that our room has a good view of Mt. Fuji. Looking outside the window was the first thing I did in the morning. The tatami room is spacious and clean. Both the house and the environment are quiet and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside yet want modern and luxurious furnishings, this is the place. A beautiful and spotless house that feels new and is equipped with ample heating/air con, fancy coffee machine and oven, large TV, jacuzzi, etc. I particularly enjoyed the quiet of the forest and fresh cool air while standing on the deck. You definitely need a car, the house is pretty isolated. I

The house is positively gorgeous, and could not have been cleaner! Once we got inside, we were welcomed with comfortable slippers. The hosts have thoughtful amenities such as epsom salts and essential oils, yukata on the beds, amazing coffee and tea set up. The views out of the back of the house are absolutely unmatched!!! With all of the fresh snowfall before our arrival, we didn't access the outdoor firepit, but it looked very welcoming, and we would love to return another time, when we are more prepared for the weather.

The place is very cosy and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful, they were treating their guests like their own family, checking all the time if we needed anything and indulging us with cold tea and coffee. I also recommend the nearest onsen, especially in the evening when it' s not that hot.

The best place to stay in Saiko lake area. Papa and Mama San were amazing hosts. They treated us like family with plenty of tea, coffee and cake! Not to mention, their breakfast is amazing and worth the extra cost. The Japanese style rooms were beautiful and the whole place was cosy. There was an amazing onsen nearby too.

It felt like a home away from home, it’s very quaint with lovely views around. Mama and Papa always put the fire on to ensure it was warm. The futons were surprisingly very comfortable. Wonderful to have exceptional home cooked food made with love for breakfast, bonus points for catering to vegetarians. Onsen with insane mt fuji views 10 minute walk away (discount provided by hosts). Great conversations, such lovely people to be around!
