They went above and beyond by waiting for us outside at night near the property to ensure we didn’t get lost upon arrival. The room was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, heater, and heated bed sheets, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. The bathroom was equally well-maintained and inviting. The meals offered were outstanding, with generous portions and carefully prepared, handmade dishes. The owners were so accommodating and friendly. They gave me a very warm welcome, and when I left, suggested a nice hiking route (山の辺の道/Yama no be no michi) which I did the day I checked out. 10/10

I truly enjoyed the town of Kashiwara and Yuya-san's hospitality. It was a peaceful and quiet town that is decently connected to Oji station, which is well connected to Osaka, Kyoto and Nara!
