Jordan Guest House, hotel in Wadi Musa

Jordan Guest House offers air-conditioned accommodations in Wadi Musa. This guest house provides massage services, a garden, and a shared lounge.

The room is very clean and cozy, comfortable beds. The owner upgraded our room so we could overlook Petra from our window. It is so nice!!! Shadi (the owner) gave us good tips about how to visit Petra, super helpful and we enjoyed our visit a lot in Petra during two days. Anthony is very attentive and caring and look after us in a pleasant hospitality. We really feel welcomed and feel at home. We had a nice chat with Shadi and Anthony. The hotel is located over hill and it has a super nice view especially in the evening. They brought us to see sunset also. What an amazing stay. We highly recommend to everyone who will come to visit Petra.

Ad Deir Guesthouse, hotel in Wadi Musa

Just a 14-minute walk from College of Archaeology, Tourism and Hotel Management.

Saddam and his brothers were super accommodating and helpful. I’m a student here and because of the new pricing rules for Petra, I wasn’t able to receive the discounted price that Jordanians get (like how it was for the past few years). Despite this, Saddam generously asked the staff several times for the cheaper price. Although we ended up paying full price, Saddam was super helpful. On several occasions, we kindly declined paying for the dinner and lunchboxes however they are totally worth the price. 3 hours before dinner, I asked Saddam if we could get dinner at the guesthouse instead, and just like that preparations were made. Dinner for 10 people and so much food was given. Additionally, we request the lunchboxes for breakfast as we were checking out early and they prepared it late at night and placed on the dinner table ready to be taken. Prices of restaurants and shops around Petra are really expensive so might as well get food served right at your accommodation. Each room comes with a bathroom, prepared with soap and towels plus extra blankets for cold weather. There’s also a TV with Apple TV and we ended up staying up late in the living room watching a movie. Walking distance to the Petra entrance.

Petra Magic Guest House, hotel in Wadi Musa

Offering a garden, Petra Magic Guest House features accommodations in Wadi Musa. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a terrace.

If you are looking for a family run guest house with great value, you have found it here. Our host, Faesal, owns a guest house in the Bedoun Village of Uum Seyhoun, a 5 minute drive from Wadi Musa. He and the other families in this village were early inhabitants of the Petra area. The guesthouse has comfy beds and a charming communal space out front to relax and have breakfast and/or dinner. His wife cooked a delicious meal for our dinner when we arrived late and hungry. He was most kind in giving us suggestions on how best to see Petra the next day. He set up transportation to and from the site so that we could leave our car at the guest house for the day. Overall, it's a great value (our breakfast was included) and very convenient to Petra. We also enjoyed staying in the small local town rather than in a hotel right outside Petra, which was nice but much more touristy. We would stay there again if and when we return.

This is a small bed and breakfast and we had the room with en-suite bathroom and a balcony over the lively street. There was a little noise but nothing bad. The room had everything we needed and everything worked well (a/c and wifi). The host was attentive and charming and made breakfast when we wanted. He was very generous with extra little bits food and learning what we liked. Breakfast was Jordanian and far more than we could eat - with a freshly cooked main dish. Parking right outside. Good bathroom/shower.

The attention of the hosts was excellent!! Upon learning that I would leave the place before breakfast time, to visit Petra, they offered me to pack my breakfast ready for the next day. They called the bus company for me (there were no tickets left), and took me to the bus station. The place was clean and confortable. The fridge is bigger than the typical boutique hotel. Is in walking distance from the noisy city center, but in a calm location.

The hotel is very charming, with lots of attention to detail. It has a very nice rooftop where you can enjoy the sunset and shisha. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The location is nice and quiet, with a beautiful view. It's a 10 min drive to the Petra visitor centre. The host Khaled is very friendly and helpful regarding activities, transportation etc. A must try is the dinner, the home cooked meals are absolutely delicious.
