The family were extremely welcoming. We were invited into their home for light refreshments upon arrival. They helped organise lifts to and from the property at a moments notice. The add on breakfast and dinners were fantastic traditional home cooked meals. Once again we were welcomed into their home to enjoy their families lovely cooking. If you are to stay here, make sure to try the world’s greatest tea imaginable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place and fantastic owner. Everything is in line with the opinions. Clean and cozy. Family atmosphere. Rooms fully equipped. In addition, the owner hosted us for a tasty dinner and gave us great tips for visiting Petra.

Amazing. The rooms is really well presented with nice carpets and drapes, free snacks, tea and water, private bathroom ensuite. It's the room at the front of the hosts house, has a lock on the door don't worry, but this makes check in super easy late at night, e.g. after catching Petra by Night. Then you head down to Petra like 15min away the next morning and see it all.
You will need your own car to get here, provided you have that anyway, it's the best value in town.

The hosts Mona and Faisal were amazing, they were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved that the guest house is located in Um Sayhoun, city where beduins live so you could really experience the culture and way of life.

This is a small bed and breakfast and we had the room with en-suite bathroom and a balcony over the lively street. There was a little noise but nothing bad. The room had everything we needed and everything worked well (a/c and wifi). The host was attentive and charming and made breakfast when we wanted. He was very generous with extra little bits food and learning what we liked. Breakfast was Jordanian and far more than we could eat - with a freshly cooked main dish. Parking right outside. Good bathroom/shower.
Great location right near the entrance to Petra. Small pool and spa on the rooftop terrace which has great views of Petra. The general manager is a character and a great host.

Great location and really comfortable stay. Everything you need and more. Also recommend signing up to the home-cooked dinner and (huge) packed lunch for a day in Petra. Good WiFi and easy parking on the street outside. Saddam was a great host, would definitely stay again :)
The attention of the hosts was excellent!!
Upon learning that I would leave the place before breakfast time, to visit Petra, they offered me to pack my breakfast ready for the next day.
They called the bus company for me (there were no tickets left), and took me to the bus station.
The place was clean and confortable. The fridge is bigger than the typical boutique hotel. Is in walking distance from the noisy city center, but in a calm location.
The hotel is very charming, with lots of attention to detail. It has a very nice rooftop where you can enjoy the sunset and shisha.
The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The location is nice and quiet, with a beautiful view. It's a 10 min drive to the Petra visitor centre.
The host Khaled is very friendly and helpful regarding activities, transportation etc. A must try is the dinner, the home cooked meals are absolutely delicious.
Mohammed is a great host. There was quiet and peace at a very comfortable room in a location super close to the city centre. Also the constantly cold water was super welcome! Thanks Mohammed!
