The boat was lovely. Charming, clean and equipped with everything you might need - 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, toilet, aircon, fans, shower inside and outside, 2 sunbeds, 2 small bikes to easily reach the beach in 10 minutes or go take dinner.
Everything was clean and Giacomo was the most welcoming and helpful host.
The pier was also very quiet and private, a beautiful place to enjoy a sunset from. A quite unique stay and a dreamy experience, we loved it.
The host met us when we arrived and they were supernice. The apartment was well equipped and very nice. The area around was quiet and very nice, with supermarket, cafees and shops just around the corner. Rented bikes in the park near by.

Great location (so close to the railway station, not far away from a big shopping mall and the city centre); very friendly and helpful staff. We like being a bit out of the centre (a very quiet neighbourhood) but at the same time not far away. A very clean, fully equipped and comfortable place. Very easy to get to the bus stop and travel to the beach and even distant places of Viareggio. Strongly recommend.
