I liked the room very much, the room had everything you need, the room is spacious, very clean, with air conditioning and there was a separate small room for eating, where there was a small refrigerator and a kettle. A nice bonus were croissants and jam. The apartment is close to the sea. They cleaned every day. In the hallway there is a microwave, iron and coffee machine. Very nice staff.

I felt at home, everything was new, neat, and clean. The bed is comfy, the rooms have AC. They provide hot water all the time, with great pressure in the shower.
I loved the fact they have strict rules for garbage collection, for me this is a sign the owners are respecting not only the law, but they are environmentally friendly.
There is a coop supermarket at 450 meters away, I felt safe walking around the properties. It is a nice and cozy district.
I would love to return, but with a rented car, as it is a lot to walk to the beach, like 30 minutes. You have a direct connection by train to La Specia or Pisa Centrale, but the bases from the train station are rare, and the waiting time is long. To walk you have 2,7 km.

Very charming old house. Lovely decorated by an also very sweet couple! Beds are good! Beautiful combination of antiques and art pieces. In about 10 minutes you can walk to the village with a lot of good options to have breakfast or dinner. We did not rent a car and this was very doable. Took every day the bus to rhe beach, about 20 minutes.

The boat was lovely. Charming, clean and equipped with everything you might need - 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, toilet, aircon, fans, shower inside and outside, 2 sunbeds, 2 small bikes to easily reach the beach in 10 minutes or go take dinner.
Everything was clean and Giacomo was the most welcoming and helpful host.
The pier was also very quiet and private, a beautiful place to enjoy a sunset from. A quite unique stay and a dreamy experience, we loved it.
The host met us when we arrived and they were supernice. The apartment was well equipped and very nice. The area around was quiet and very nice, with supermarket, cafees and shops just around the corner. Rented bikes in the park near by.
