This place is amazing -not only is it beautiful but it is absolutely the cleanest I have ever stayed in..and that is saying something! The family who owns it is so wonderful-they will do anything to help-their father, Georgio,picked us up from the train station and then dropped us off at Avis the next day-if I had known it was this nice I definitely would have stayed longer. Thank You Georgio and Piero!

It’s in a great location, being only 15 minutes walk from the centre of the old town. Niccolo is an excellent host. He welcomed us to the property, always responded really quickly to messages, and made great local recommendations.
The location is excellent. Approx. 10 min. walk (uphill!) to the centre of Spoleto, so all the museums, restaurants, bars, etc. are within easy reach. Useful to have free parking about 150m away.
Eugenio and Rossella were charming and helpful hosts. The apartment, which is on the second floor, is well equipped and comfortable. It was the perfect base from which to explore Spoleto and Umbria.
This is an exceptional guesthouse in the middle of Spoleto.The entrance is on a town street but at the back is a glorious garden that looks out over the green and hills. What makes this place exceptional of hosts who have poured love into the renovation of the Palazzo And offer the kind of welcome that makes you feel part of the family while at the same time respecting your privacy. Charming hotel in a great location. The breakfast was excellent, there’s a really friendly, helpful lady who makes most of the food - amazing ricotta and potato cakes and lots of lovely baking. She makes exactly the sort of coffee you ask for and she was always ready to make us a second drink,

This large and airy apartment is absolutely beautiful, full of character, spotless, with all home comforts and a spacious private terrace with uninterrupted view. It is in the charming historic centre of Spoleto on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Spoleto's attractions. Our host Antonia was extremely kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.
