Makes for easy access to the whole city.
Thankfully, they really helped us to get reservations at restaurants during a full-city holiday weekend.

Rooms were typical for the type of accommodation. They were spacious and highly functional. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Location was also great with easy access to most locations and easy parking.

- Very good location, especially if you are arriving by train at night: 3mins from station while 10mins walk to old town.

Everything. The room was clean, new and well located, just a twenty minute walk from the falls. The owners are always available, we accepted their suggestions for clubs and places to visit. If I were to return to Terni, I will certainly choose this property again

In a quiet part of town, undisturbed by anything at night. Within walking distance of everything - sights, restaurants, shops.
We try to choose places with a genius loci and this time we succeeded perfectly.
Great location, charming house with very comfortable rooms, possibility to dine on site (good, but expensive for not a lot of quantity), pool / very nice garden, honesty bar allowing self service to enjoy an appetizer nearby the pool. Beautiful property with a great host who accommodated our request to check in early. Lovely decoration with many personal touches. We especially enjoyed all of the natural light from the skylights!
The apartment is modern, stylish, equipped with everything you need (except a cheese grater!), and has private, secure parking. It’s in a great location, being only 15 minutes walk from the centre of the old town. Niccolo is an excellent host. He welcomed us to the property, always responded really quickly to messages, and made great local recommendations.
