The apartment itself, was nicely decorated and very clean and the proximity to the main shopping street and old center of Foligno was great! There is a breakfast bar right across the street. I liked how it was on the top floor of the building and has a great view over the town. Also that the building is above a parking garage, which makes it convenient to leave your car very nearby. The size of the apartment is on the small size but perfectly comfortable for two people. We didn’t feel like we needed more space. The bed was comfortable and heating the place with inverter air conditioning worked quickly and kept us warm. The owner was very cordial and gave us plenty of recommendations on where to go for sightseeing and places to eat. He was very helpful.

It was so amazing. Franco was magnificent and treated us like royalty. The room was so perfect and so were the views. It was close to everything. We just loved it.

Everything about it! the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice and antique touches and furnishing. Really good local breakfast spread. A beautiful location just out of Spello with wonderful views out over the hills to Assisi. Cassandra was a great host who quickly responded to any questions prior to our arrival and offered many options for us during our stay. The room was immaculately presented with a very comfortable bed and breakfast was very good with lots of variety. It was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of being in town and to not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend this B&B.

This was an amazing apartment in perhaps the best, beautifully flowered street in Spello! Picture perfect location in this quiet, beautiful town.
The apartment had everything you could need, was cool, quiet, with a comfortable bed, great coffee machine, good lighting and plenty of space. Food and drinks were a very short stroll away and free parking outside the walls was about a 5 minute walk away. Giulia was a great host, always available to answer any questions.
I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!
Charming room located in quieter area of Spello. Friendly host responded quickly to questions and met us to guide us through serpentine streets to A Due Passi. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and very quiet bedroom. The interior was a comfy blend of ancient brick and modern amenities. There is no microwave or Wi-Fi, but cell phone will work. Parking reasonably close. Recommended.
