I loved everything about my stay here! From the luxurious bathrooms with the red light therapy to the beautifully decorated rooms, it was truly an enjoyable experience. The sea is across the street and it is in close proximity to many restaurants and stores. You can easily walk everywhere and you can also enjoy the patio.

Two-floor apartment, situated in the center of Santa Severa, just 150m away from the beach. In the nearby there are beach bars, restaurants, shops. Very convenient base for visiting Rome, just 45-50 minutes’ drive to the city center. Nice, clean swimming pool in the complex available for the guests.
Such an amazing place - by the sea, in a historic setting, with beautiful grounds, and really interesting museums. The coffee shop on site had great coffee and pastries. The staff was very friendly and the room very spacious, clean and comfortable. We appreciate the simplicity of this place and the quiet setting. Hope to be back some day…

It is really a quiet place. No noises during the night and even in the morning it is very calm. The breakfast is delicious made of fresh fruit juices, fresh ricotta cheese, ham, croissants, home made cakes etc.. The bedroom is a vintage and charming but with all modern facilities. You can eat at the restaurant and buy some fresh fruits/ vegetables/ cheese or meat in the shop. We liked also the Maremma cows.
