It’s an old property about 10 minutes walk from the historical centre of Nardò. Our room was very good with its own private terrace. The whole place was exceptionally clean and we were treated to a very nice breakfast of quality local foods. We were looked after very well and it was easy to communicate with the owner by WhatsApp. The surrounding area isn’t the prettiest, but it is easy to access by car and there is plenty of safe free on-site parking. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

The room was spotlessly clean. The shower was roomy and it didn't leak, as so many shower stalls do in this region. Good quality toiletries.
My room had a balcony with laundry drying rack. The terrace was a terrific place to have breakfast each morning.
Miriana was always available online to answer questions and give recommendations. Ada works very hard to keep the rooms sparkling clean and she got me lactose free breakfast every morning.
I highly recommend staying here and would return in a heart beat.

Very comfortable apartment, there was everything we could need during our stay including details such as beach umbrella. Very nicely furnished as well. Mirella was a great host, she communicated with us very well and let us know the flat is ready in the morning so we could check in early. We also loved the location, Santa Maria al Bagno is a nice town with a plenty of good restaurants and bar, with some beautiful beaches nearby.

The car had a place in the yard, there was no need to leave it on the crowded street.
The host is very welcoming. He graciously accommodated our specific requests for breakfast i.e. not just having the traditional sweet (good) Italian breakfast. The staff is polite. The hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel provides a good base from where to visit Santa Maria al Bagno and the many beautiful villages and beaches in Puglia (the heel of italy). All these great locations are at most an hour away. Parking was always available in the street of the hotel.
