Unfortunately we didn't get to dine at the trattoria as they closed early on the day of our stay, but the dishes we saw while waiting for the key looked great and wanted to try them.

The atmosphere of the historic building was superb. We also liked the location, right in the centre, lots of good restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and friendly, ready to give reccommendations. Everything was clean. Very interesting building, and the penthouse room had an unconventional layout while being still comfortable.

A unique experience in a house carefully furnished with collected historical furniture. Nice garden and rich and tasteful breakfast itself on the terrace is a special experience. Sandra is an excellent host, willing to help, willingly offered to prepare extra breakfast for our kid. Quiet place very close to the beautiful historical center. Thank you for this experience, we will be happy to return!
I don't know what to say. This is an excellent choice if you are going to see Venice.
One needs to book a room and experience the great house and kind host that welcomed us. Villa is close to the city center and it is not in the noisy part of the city. The rooms are comfortable, and breakfast exceptional. Will come again when the road takes me here.

Stylish little place with a luxury touch. We had a overnight stay while visiting Lifo di Jesolo and Venice . Welcoming host, clean and nice rooms, great breakfast and private parking . Great location near Lido, Venice and Noventa di Piave outlet.

The room was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed, our host was amazing. The breakfast had a lot to pick from, there was something for everyone.
Red Fenice is easy to find and it is located in the calm and quiet neighbourhood, but also close to Venice, Verona or any other city you want to visit around that area. We would recommend it to anyone 😁
A beautiful house located in a quiet yet very central part of the town. It felt very homely and the host was so kind and attentive. A great buffet style breakfast was provided and the little dogs and pet pig were all so cute.
