Great option to explore Venice. About 40 mins by train, return ticket for two adults is just under 20e, and the train station is less than 15 mins walk from Casa Rosanna. Rooms are spatious, clean, modern bathroom. Plenty of parking nearby.

One of the best places we've stayed, pictures don't do it justice, it's a lot better in real life! The interior design combines the good tase with functionality and everything (furniture, bed, sheets, sanitary facilities, etc.) is high quality. Although the guest house is located in the center of Rovare, the place is very quiet at night. In addition the mattress was extremely confortable so we had a great night sleep.
Host was flexible and wellcoming, with the sense of humour and jovial so the check in process went fast and smoothly.
I couldn't recommend it enough!

A unique experience in a house carefully furnished with collected historical furniture. Nice garden and rich and tasteful breakfast itself on the terrace is a special experience. Sandra is an excellent host, willing to help, willingly offered to prepare extra breakfast for our kid. Quiet place very close to the beautiful historical center. I don't know what to say. This is an excellent choice if you are going to see Venice.
One needs to book a room and experience the great house and kind host that welcomed us. Villa is close to the city center and it is not in the noisy part of the city. The rooms are comfortable, and breakfast exceptional. Will come again when the road takes me here.

Red Fenice is easy to find and it is located in the calm and quiet neighbourhood, but also close to Venice, Verona or any other city you want to visit around that area. We would recommend it to anyone 😁
A beautiful house located in a quiet yet very central part of the town. It felt very homely and the host was so kind and attentive. A great buffet style breakfast was provided and the little dogs and pet pig were all so cute.
