We stayed in this small apartment for one night after arriving by ferry from the mainland. It was conveniently located near the port and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The room was exactly as pictured, and larger than expected. Very cozy. Comfortable luxury bed and nice sofa to lounge on. Conveniently located to several beaches as well as the airport. Easy parking right out front. Helpful host. Small refrigerator and coffee machine were a plus. Would definitely return on next visit.

Location was very close to the airport, just a 10 minute ride. Very walkable to some local shops and eateries, but not walkable to the actual town of Olbia. As we were driving out of the city, that's when we saw the main area for shopping and eating. Will have to return again as our time was only 1 night and noon the next day. Bed was comfortable, loved the layout of the apt. I was able to use the washer and it was perfect.

Good location and one of the cheapest we could find near Costa Smeralda. One beach just a few minutes walking distance away, as well as the market.
Host is also very friendly and gave us plenty recommendations of what to see nearby.

The property is located in a quiet area, but not very far from the main road. Breakfast is good and there are a lot of options to choose from
The host, Francesca is very nice. She also cooks dinner if you want - there are not very many options but the pasta is excellent.
The place was amazing, great location, very friendly and helpful host who recommended beaches especially suited for children to us, and I loved that there were things like a beach parasol and sand toys at the flat that we were allowed to use! So smart and forthcoming to provide this for guests, really excellent!!
Very comfortable and stylish apartment with access to a garden. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood 5 minutes to one beach and close to many others, as well as some restaurants and grocery stores. The owners are very kind and helpful. We had a great stay!
Very beautiful, clean room with a stunning sea view in a nice, safe and quiet location! The host Maksim is very accommodating, friendly and humorous, and even organised cleaning of the room after two days. The breakfast was great too, with daily changing, homemade specialties and delicious coffee! A perfect stay for a couple wanting to be close to the beach. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!
Francesca is such a wonderful and lovely host, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is beautiful in the midst of Sardinian nature and peacefully quiet.

We rented this appartment very last minute being frustrated with one irresponaible owner who did a double booking in Porto Rotondo. Owner of this apartment has taken our situation very seriously and managed to prepare all in 15 minutes. Very grateful for that, we could relax after the previous incident. Very comfortable apartment to be with a kid, spacious and clean. Right in the city center but quiet.
The location itself is a major factor - beautiful views downhill towards the bay. The sunset was beautiful. The owner is a great host, we felt very welcome even though we could stay only for one night. Next time we will definitely stay longer. The breakfast was phenomenal - lovely selection made with love. The mattress was one of the best I have ever slept on. AC was quiet and efficient, bathroom small but cosy, fridge and coffee machine in the room.
