Everything was modern and new with thoughtful touches like water, Twinnings tea selection, coffee pods, Nespresso machine, small drinks fridge. Gorgeous smelling bath products too.
Electronic key card, great air-conditioning. We had room 100 which was great because it was on the ground floor and no step entry.
Early check-in was greatly appreciated and also luggage hold was offered if needed.

We had a terrific stay in the Bellaroto in Palermo. The accommodation is perfectly positioned on the edge of the Historic area of the city so all the main sites were easily accessible within 10-15 minutes walk. It is also surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars & cafes. The owners, Michele & Valentina were lovely and gave lots of tips & local info. Our room was very big with a great bathroom. Breakfast, which is provided in a local cafe, La Martorana, was superb and gave us a great start to each day. For those on the move and in need of a laundrette, there is an excellent self-service one, called Trinacria H24, on the Via Vittorio Emanuelle, about 5 mins walk away.
Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Palazzo del Poeta - Dimora Contemporanea provides accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi.

It was beautifully decorated and a real surprise to find such a lovely property that you can't see from the street. As you enter in to the property it's like a calm oasis. It was very clean and comfortable and the owner who ran the property was very friendly and helpful

Beppe and his wife were charming and friendly hosts, who provided helpful advice and assistance negotiating the steep driveway, and taking our bags up the many stairs. For us, the challenge of getting up the drive was more than offset by having secure off-street parking. The apartment is quirky but spacious and comfortable with everything you might need. The view over the Conca d'Oro is breathtaking. It is a short walk up a gentle slope to Monreale, and the bus into Palermo stops just outside.

The villa was below Monreale but had a supermarket, baker, butcher and fish shop ( mobile within 200-300 metres. Would really recommend staying at Villa Tiziana.
The hosts are lovely and are available for any questions that we had. The apartment is in a picturesque location with lovely country views. So quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable accommodation with some amenities provided (drinking water delivered daily, coffee, tea, oils, toaster and kettle) including a washing machine. Was a lovely stay and would recommend staying here.
Nice clean house,located in a quiet area. Private parking available, which comes in handy since location convenient if you have a car, otherwise a bit far from public transportation. Only sweet food available for breakfast, but it was appreciated. Two bathrooms available, which is an advantage. Hosts are responsive and communication was smooth. Possibility to self check-in was greatly appreciated.
