What a pleasant stay! The property hosts were wonderful and friendly and assisted us with parking. The rooms were comfortable and the pull down bunk beds were great for our children. Wonderful air conditioning. The breakfast was complete and everyone found parts that they loved.

A nice older property that having a car is a distinct benefit as it’s located up and out of the city on a narrow curvy road. Also a nice live-in host that was very helpful when we could not find the location of the house. Be sure to call Enzo and ask him for the proper address before attempting to find the property. He wound up coming to find us and we followed him up the hill to the proper address.

The perfect location in the heart of varenna. Just a few steps to the lake shores. The apartment is beautiful. You have a private room but the kitchen is a shared space. We did not have an issue with this. Such a charming apartment.

The accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The quiet location, stunning scenery, the endless garden that had lots of places to explore and plenty of space to soak up the sun. Our stay was so relaxing and the house very comfortable with everything we needed and more. The house itself was charming and very clean. Having a car may have made getting around easier if we had been staying for longer but it gave us the opportunity to just rest in the peaceful surroundings so we were very happy here. The host, Julia was so helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves very much.
Fully equipped, very clean guesthouse. Excellent bed linen and towels. The hosts presented a bottle of wine and raspberry jam upon arrival. The jam was excellent, the wine was not for everyone.

Unique location, Italy at its best! Giovanni is a great host and we loved the house, the nearby beach (3 min walk through the forrest) and the quiet location. Piona beach (1 km) is an excellent windsurfing site, Collico offers bars, restaurants, grocery shopping and two windsurfing schools. Hiking on the ersten shore of the lake is nice (good accessability by car and great views down to the lake).
the apartment is quiet, with two balconies, one in the bedroom and a big one in the living room. there is also a huge garden that you can use. definitely a very cozy place
Alessandro is a great host. He invited us for a day of sailing on the lake as it was an incredible experience. He also gives you tips on where to go and where to eat.
