So central and very accessible for anyone with disabilities . Lovely clean room and bathroom was modern with great shower …… bring your own hairdryer though the bathroom one very basic and didn’t work well

The accommodation was absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable bed, breathtaking view over the mountains, all you need utilities, private parking space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, extra care for guests' food allergies, proximity to a shopping center (2 min drive). It is - as its name suggests - a little piece of heaven, with a great host! I highly recommend this place!

Great location on lakeside. Close to bars and restaurants. Quiet but enough going on to create a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Views of the lake were amazing.

The quiet location, stunning scenery, the endless garden that had lots of places to explore and plenty of space to soak up the sun. Our stay was so relaxing and the house very comfortable with everything we needed and more. The house itself was charming and very clean. Having a car may have made getting around easier if we had been staying for longer but it gave us the opportunity to just rest in the peaceful surroundings so we were very happy here. The host, Julia was so helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves very much.
Fully equipped, very clean guesthouse. Excellent bed linen and towels. The hosts presented a bottle of wine and raspberry jam upon arrival. The jam was excellent, the wine was not for everyone.
The hosts are friendly and completely go to meet the wishes of the guests.

Unique location, Italy at its best! Giovanni is a great host and we loved the house, the nearby beach (3 min walk through the forrest) and the quiet location. Piona beach (1 km) is an excellent windsurfing site, Collico offers bars, restaurants, grocery shopping and two windsurfing schools. Hiking on the ersten shore of the lake is nice (good accessability by car and great views down to the lake).
the apartment is quiet, with two balconies, one in the bedroom and a big one in the living room. there is also a huge garden that you can use. definitely a very cozy place
Alessandro is a great host. He invited us for a day of sailing on the lake as it was an incredible experience. He also gives you tips on where to go and where to eat.
