Beyond everything we enjoyed the incredible welcome of our hosts. Francesco is warm and full of joy and care for the happiness of his guests. Gemma is lovely and created a beautiful space to enjoy. The room was spotlessly clean the bed very comfortable and the location perfect! You do not have to venture far (just across from the B &B) to find one of the best, if not the best meal you will have in Sardegna. Grazie per Tutti, Gemma e Francesco❤️

This place is beautiful! The property is lovely and the hotel itself is very high quality. It can be difficult to find one with the iPhone app. It does not map perfectly. Thankfully, the host was very responsive and I was able to find this lovely spot.

Very nice luxury motel style, tex mex rooms around an internal courtyard. Each room has a private patio overlooking a garden. The bedroom and bathroom sizes err on the small end but still comfortable for two people.

Everything was amazing, from great hosts to amazing rooftop and veranda and generally a lot of space in the house. The bikes at the house were super convenient as well. Would strongly recommend this place and chia.
Dany (hostess) was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, our room was clean, safe parking, quiet location, overall we had a very pleasant stay and we will return.
Great location near all the beaches in and around Chia, easily reachable by bike (free bikes are available). We hardly used the car all week and visited a different beach every day. Amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Well stocked kitchen and barbecue area. Diego and Sonia are charming and graceful hosts. The neighborhood is very quiet in the off season.
Located in a very quiet and calming area surrounded by fields, Casavasco was an absolute delight. Gianni has been a superb host. If you're lucky, you might even be able to catch a glimpse of the milky way in the night sky, assuming conditions are clear. Would gladly book again and/or recommend
Our stay was great! We also stayed at Le Calle (another propriety from the same owners). The neighborhood is pretty calm and charming. The hosts are helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back next year.
Daniella was a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly. The location is 25 mins walk to Su Giudeu beach or 5 mins by car. The area is very quiet and private, surrounded by nature.
We loved everything, Franco was a great host and even helped us book a boat tour that was amazing. The house is spotless and equipped with the things you need to make meals at home if you choose. The beds and linens were very comfortable, the AC worked great. The pool was so clean and refreshing on hot afternoons. We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings with a glass of wine watching the sunset and the water in the distance. Nearby eateries were great. Would highly recommend.
Charming place in beautufil surroundings and welcoming host. Great Italian breakfast, very close to amazing beaches. We could not ask for a better place to relax and discover southern Sardinia. We highly recommend it!!!!
