Francesca had her assistant Diana greet us the day we got there and they treated us as if we were family. Great hospitality! :) Francesca went above and beyond to find us a taxi to get us to and from Rome despite the peak season of visitors.

Left out an aperitif, and homemade pie/cake for when I arrived, very comfortable with great amenities.

The hotel is quaint and very beautiful in a very quiet, tranquil location. The staff were very good and welcoming. They were happy to help with anything we asked of them. The room was quite small but it didn’t bother us, as we spent time out all the time. The restaurant sits and looks out over the lake, the view is amazing. On top of that the food and wine are exceptional, I really can’t rate the food high enough!
Great place to stay. Very comfortable, quiet, beautiful view from the balcony and from the window in the bedroom. The apartment has everything you might need. Valeria, the host, even left a bottle of wonderful wine and delicious sweets. The check-in is well organized, very easy to find the keys and enter the apartment. Wi-fi is excellent. Valeria recommended very good places for dinner.
Nice and helpful owners. Localisation - in charming, quiet little town, close to restaurants, train station, atractions. Interiors - light, bright, cosy, brings atmosphere of holidays. Amenities - safe ans fridge in the room. Spacious bathroom. Breathtaking view from terrace.

The host was absolutely incredible: showed us around the apartment, made sure we found our way after we checked out, and even picked us up from the lake back to the town when we got stuck! The apartment is beautiful, very spacey and gives out a homey feeling. It has two double beds and a sofa, a TV, an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms! There's working Wi-Fi. We got a free pastry and coffee at a nearby bakery for breakfast. Great location, in the center of this lovely little town, there are restaurants, cafés and bars on the street.

Great location in the centre of Castel Gandolfo. Short walk to the free car parking. Host was great, we arrived early and it started to rain so she gave us the lockbox code and we went into the apartment and waited for her to arrive for the formal checkin. The apartment is very nice indeed.
