As a stopover on the route it is good. The rooms were clean, warm. The showers worked well. There are kitchen facilities upstairs. There is a Space invaders old video game and the TV works. The coffee machine works. The sofa is comfortable. Its a cheap and cheerful stopover for the night, NOT a hotel. If you want a hotel, go to a hotel. Yes I would stay again. Check your email for the room code.

Perfectly placed close to Vík and almost next to the famous beach Reynisfjara. Large space in the common area. Plenty of parking space for our car. Very good that outdoor shoes are not allowed worn inside.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The guesthouse is a former boarding school and has plenty of character. It is in a quiet location near waterfalls and hiking trails. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and happy to help. The breakfast buffet was good and there was a common room with a fridge, kettle and microwave for guests to use.
Nice reception area with helpful staff. Free hot drink facilities in reception.
Rooms were bigger than expected with a wet room shower. Bed was comfy.
Had the icelandic lamb for dinner in their restaurant which was delicious, cost £26 but I think that's good for Iceland!
Quiet location and plenty of parking.
Breakfast was basic but adequate - cereal, dried fruits, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, cold cuts, boiled egg salad, breads, fresh fruit, juices & hot drinks.
Fine for 1 night.
Great location, Skogafoss visible from the property literally minutes away, beatiful surroundings. Great base for hiking the waterfalls way. Nice and clean property, rooms are spacious, living and dining facilities are good. Check-in was automated. Overall loved staying here for the peace & quiet and convenience, with attractions being a short walk away.
Its the first time i can give 10 stars - everything is just amazing here. Super quiet, very friendly host, nice and modern rooms and kitchen. Sunning view on skogafoss
