The bed and pillows were comfortable - truly important on a long trip. Room and shower were warm enough. It was in a perfect location - close to many restaurants. Great location, wonderful small (only two guest rooms) guesthouse, with a very nice breakfast and a wonderful hostess. She had excellent information on things to do in the area and was a wealth of general Icelandic knowledge and a delight to talk to. Highly recommend.
Although it is a guesthouse, we were allowed by the hosts to use the fridge and have a late dinner in the dining room. The rooms were very quiet, excellent breakfast with multiple choice of coffee. The town is very clean and beautiful facing glaciers.
Everything about this place was spot on! We stayed for 2 nights in a room with 2 double beds. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hostel was SO clean and quiet. I loved that each room had their own sink. Great location within Hofn as well. Would highly recommend.
