Me and my mum loved our stay here. Jackie and Angela were so welcoming, cooked us an amazing breakfast everyday and gave us loads of advice on what to see in the area. We will certainly return.

We booked our stay very late due to a family funeral and we arrived after midnight. The family who run the lodge could not have been more welcoming. The room was exceptional, and as a frequent business traveller, the breakfasts were the best I have had all year, in fact, for many years. I can highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Kerry.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Derry house is a real home from home, spotlessly clean, near the town but very quiet, the hosts were lovely and have thought of every extra to make your stay very comfortable, Taxi service very reliable too
One of our very best stays ~ Our room was spacious, spotless & very nicely appointed. The hosts were delightful and the breakfast was great! Quiet location, super for relaxing. Very highly recommend!
Absolutely fantastic property. Clean and tidy, very well presented, facilities at the property are first class. Quiet location but easy walk into town, which has plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Also a great location for exploring the surrounding areas. John and Betty are superb hosts and couldn't do anymore for us.
Aoife's a great host and the location was excellent. In a quiet part of Listowel but very close to the town centre. Lovely room and breakfast was delish. Great nights sleep and super value for money!
great location just 2 minutes from town. Clean and clean comfortable and amazing breakfast. Aoife was a great host. Very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend. Good spot to use as a base to tour Kerry from.
