Monica and Lisa were amazing hosts. Very kind and very accommodating. A great family business that works around the clock for the guests and kept spick and span at all times. The views every morning of the bay and boats was beautiful, it was like looking at a painting. Very peaceful spot and very secure.

Location was ideal for where we needed to be, bus stop outside the door and across the road.
Friendly staff and very comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. Cosy and warm
Lovely breakfast and no pressure re check out. If you want to experience old school B&B friendliness and hospitality this is the place for you.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The house is a Victorian beauty with lovely rooms and a great view. Not far from the city centre (ca. 15-minute-walk) and also perfectly located to explore the area around Cobh. Ronnie is a wonderful host who made us feel welcome immediately. The superb breakfast, which was served in a beautiful conservatory, was just overwhelming!
This Guesthouse was exceptional. The rooms were massive and so comfortable. The decor was beautiful. The hosts Joe and Maire are such lovely people. They made us feel so very welcome and a little like family. Breakfast was delicious. It was lovely to share stories. Can strongly recommend. Thanks from Paul & KT
We had such a great stay here! Mary was such a great host. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants in town and was very warm and welcoming. She even made fresh croissants for the morning! The location is perfect. It is right along the ocean and close to everything. We stayed in the Garden room and we loved the privacy of it while still being adjacent to the house. We would definitely stay here again if we ever traveled back to Cobh!
Out of 12 B&Bs I stayed in during my 3 weeks in Ireland, this guesthouse was easily #1. My hosts, Maire and Joe, could not have been kinder. My room was quite large; the bed very comfortable; the ambiance quiet. Maire adjusted breakfast to address my allergies - it was delicious. She gave me several suggestions of things to do and see during my stay - all of them spot on. I recommend this guesthouse unreservedly and with true enthusiasm to anyone traveling to Cobh.
Great location. Mary was a great host; She was very friendly, and nothing was too much. A nice touch was that we had freshly cooked croissants outside our room each morning of our stay.
Shirley is a great host and the place is very quiet with a great view. Nearby are a lot of things to do, but you can also chill at the farm. We loved it!
Mary was a great host, very clean, fresh croissants for breakfast. Comfy bed. Well equipped . Nice outdoor space. Very central. Very quiet.
