It locates by the motorway, however, so quiet.
Shoes less policy is great. It makes clean room and can be relaxed.
Without doubt, the best B&B where I have stayed. I hope I would come back again.

It was a pleasure to stay there on New Year's Eve; I had everything I needed.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
A beautiful room also with a very nice bathroom. Quiet surroundings and also parking is provided. The breakfast is in a nice restaurant some meters away.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are all a great size. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and the train station and the free parking is very accessible
Room as imagined for a boutique hotel. Lovely style/decor. Surrounding gardens in La La Restaurant were beautiful. Breakfast choice was great, staff very helpful and friendly
Lovely staff, pretty rooms, central location. We asked for a quiet room as we went down for exams and we were treated with an excellent one, thank you so much! Breakfast is pretty basic but decor in the restaurant is beautiful. Thanks again for accommodating us :)
Quiet area of Balbriggan. Stayed in the Bill Whelan room. Perfect room. King size bed and very spacious bathroom. The veggie breakfast was delicious and a credit to the chef. When in Balbriggan take the tour of the Skerries Mills. It’s well worth it.
Very charming hotel complex more similar to a B and B accommodation. Part of the Irish Institute of Music, with a restaurant in the complex which includes the Bedford House and Hall. Recommended for a quiet and relaxing stay in a nice town, Balbriggan, easily accessible to Dublin.
My stay at this guest house in Balbriggan was truly memorable. Its serene location, cozy accommodations, genuine hospitality, and beautiful bedrooms created a tranquil oasis that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking a peaceful and enchanting retreat. Thank you to the hosts for their warm welcome—I cannot wait to return in the future.
