Amazing experience! The place is absolutely beautiful! Super clean room, good amenities, includes Netflix, all very confortable. All cottages have a little balcony where they serve the dinner and the breakfast. It was the best food we had in Bali! The staff is all super nice, expecially Kadec, that with is great hospitality made our experience even more special. This is definitely a place to return.

The property is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. We stayed in the double room with mountain view. The view was simply stunning! Unobstructed views of the mountains, hills, rice fields, coconut and banana plantations. The room had no air conditioning or ceiling fan, but the weather was so good that we didn't need either, and we stayed from 29th to 31st October, sweated like pigs after our hikes to the waterfalls and all we needed was a cold shower. The food here is simply amazing. It is simple but so well made and satisfying. The staff were very accommodating and nice. They arranged for a local taxi driver to take us around sightseeing. The facilities were basic but we got whatever we needed. If anyone wants a hotel experience, don't come here, this is a homestay, and it felt like home.

Superb position overlooking very beautiful Lake Tamblingan, nice rooms (maintenance needed!), excellent restaurant. Drinking water from large urns rather than lots of small plastic bottles (well done!!). Management seem to have focused on retaining staff through low visitor number- good idea: Staff excellent.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Amazing views- on the rice paddies
Charming hosts
Fully equipped kitchen/ dining/ cocktail deck- you won’t want to leave this view & dont need to as warongs do deliveries
Inspiring eco/ environmental garden and aquaculture
Rambling walks through the clove plantations
Nyoman is a good host always available to drive the guests around and attend to any requests. Very friendly host. Set up of the homestay is good, quiet and very clean. Absolutely need a car or driver to get around as the homestay is not that easily accessible.
What can I say other than amazing, great location and great facilities. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, food exceptional service incredible. I had never done a hostel beforehand but I was blown away. The hosts are great with not just service but making you feel like family. Left there feeling you had made lifelong friends. Return trip already in the planning. Knowledgeable about the area and will help you with any requirement felt like being at home.
Great location within walking distance to the waterfalls and rice terraces. The hosts and staff are great and helpful. Only booked for one night but ended up staying four. Plenty of warungs close by.
the view from the property is absolutely stunning! if you are in the restaurant, your room or the pool you will get an amazing view of the rice fields, jungle and mountains.
the staff are really helpful and friendly. it’s is in a great location just off the main road so it is quieter and has a good selection lovely warungs next to it. a very good cheap laundry place is also next door and scooter hire. The area is really lovely and nice to relax buy it and take in the amazing views.
Great location near the waterfall trail. it’s a km or so out of the centre but there isn’t a lot there so that was fine by me! Adila and her family are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is open all day with tasty food and a varied menu that means you can easily eat there each meal. I had a cooking class with Adila, which was great!
It’s a perfect homestay in the middle of a charming and quiet village of Munduk/Goblek. A family run accommodation and plus point is that Donny is an excellent host and very knowledgeable about the area. The villagers are also welcoming and warm hearted people.
A very charming place to stay, in a quiet and beautiful environment. The host is very friendly and is happy to help visiting the surrounding area and to share his knowledge. I definitely recommend this place if you want to relax and escape the overcrowded side of Bali.
quiet and quaint, lovely family run hostel. Melly and Korry are the best!! food at the Dong Paloh Cafe was amazing. just such a great little hostel to explore the beautiful North Bali :) Would absolutely recommend it to anyone
