The room is really beautiful, the look down the hill and over the ocean is just wonderfull.
Everything is very modern and nicely decorated. The location in the old "town" part is very cool, as well. pizzeria rumore is one of the best in Istria, so is pizzeria Napoli at the square. The Negri family sells award winning olive oil and great wines. All in a couple of minutes by foot.
Parking is not a problem: Astrid registered our number plate so we could pass the restricted road and always found a parking lot along the street. Still, watch out where you park as we got two big scratches at the car there. Near the pizzeria there is a little store selling honey and souvenirs. On its left you follow the stairs, turn right twice and find the building 😊

The rooms are located in a rennovated building in the Labin old city, up on the hill. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. At the ground floor where the entrance is, there is a fully equipped kitchenette that will satisfy most needs of every traveler. In the morning there were fresh croissants waiting for us.
The host wasn't there to greet us because we arrived late afternoon, but she was very helpful on the phone and explained everything. Highly recommended.

From how helpful and friendly the staff were and they were able to accommodate us an extra day last minute. The entire place was very clean and had plenty of shade at the camp even on a 38degC day.

The hotel is quite new, boutique style, therefore small with not many rooms (ideal!) and the rooms seem like they have been refurbished lately. Breakfast was both Continental and English. I had the ground level which has its pros (nice sitting area) and cons (people walking by on the pedestrian stip can see you). Direct access to the walk and therefore to the beach (rocks/cliffs). No matter the position is quiet at night.
Great location. Super hospitable and caring hosts who even spoil you with nice little things during your stay. The terrace and the view from the terrace deserve their own praise. The town is not overcrowded with tourists, the sea is great. This is a place you really want to return to. Definitely recommended!

The view from the balcony is spectacular. Comfortable, small flat with a well-equipped kitchen and strong air conditioning that we needed badly in the heatwave. Girandella parking place is cheap and convenient when you go to the beach. The host was really friendly and helpful.

The beaches are beautiful, especially those away from the center. Our family really liked it. The owners are kind and told us right from the start what to do and what to see. Very quiet, peaceful place to stay. Hosts are very nice people. The view is beautiful. Terrace is spacious, super for kids. Parking is perfect. Place is up the hill, lots of stairs, however for us was not a problem.
The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and super clean. We were 2 adults and 2 children. Rooms were quiet. Our hosts were really nice and were there to help us when needed. The apartment was 2 min away from the small beach that is great for kids. Near the apartment there was plenty of shops with souvenirs, beach equipment and other shops with diverse food, small market, bakery, restaurants and possibilities to make tours on boats. I really recommend this place!
