Loved everything! Huge and cozy room with three windows and a fireplace, everything remodeled but keeping the style, excellent breakfast, extremely nice and welcoming staff. Loved the Stemnitsa village too. Perfect base to hike the 1st stage of the Menalon Trail. Hope I can go back one day!

We loved everything in Amanites Guesthouse. Aris checked us in - he was tremendously welcoming and had a lovely calm demeanor. He made us feel right at home, and gave us a map and explained to us the different walks we could do and sights we could see. Dimitsana is beautiful and the guesthouse is beautiful as well - we had a lovely view from our balcony. The breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommended.

Note: Google Maps will take you entirely the wrong way. Instead find "Stemnitsa Public parking no. 2" on Google Maps and have it take you there, then the guesthouse is down some steps.

Nice little room in a beautiful guesthouse high above Stemnitsa. Everything is very new, and while the room was small it was well equipped with everything you need, including a balcony overlooking the village. Comfortable beds, very quiet, gorgeous and very attentive host. A sumptuous breakfast was included. There is only a narrow road leading to the guesthouse and the village can be reached by foot via some rather steep stairs.
