Use it since I was only there for 1 night. It’s close to Kamari beach by bus and also sort of close to the ferry port by taxi. The bed is one of the softest and most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on!

Katerina was an excellent host. She gave us lots of information about the area. When we had trouble figuring out the coffee maker she popped in every morning to make coffee for us, The cave house was in an excellent location and very quiet. It was only a 10 minute walk to Oia but nice to be a bit away from the busy tourist area. Felt very safe walking around, even at night. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful garden and also the hot tub was nice.

It takes a lot to write a review. For someone who doesn't write review, it's either super good or super bad for them to write a review. This hotel exceeded my expectation that i am willing to take the time to write a review. We stayed 3 nights 1st week of October 24'. The room has great view of the sea, the caldera and the sunset. you can watch sunset from your own hotel room (we did). Location is EXCELLENT, cannot be better. It is close to everything, 10 mins walk to Fia, 2 mins walk to one of the blue domed church, 10 mins to Airport, and 20 mins to Oia. Fia in comparison, is crowded and noisy. This hotel in Firostefani is the perfect location. Easy to catch a taxi, easy to find if you arrive at night. We arrived at 22:15pm at night and Flora made sure we got settled in our room. What's important is that this hotel has easy and safe access to the street if you arrive by car, like less than 2 mins walk. You don't need to carry your suitcase walking many stairs up and down. Not many people realize that all the hotels on the cliff are accessed by stairs only. BREAKFAST IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! We were sold on the breakfast picture when booking the room, and we loved the breakfast every day. The breakfast picture is real, it is really what you get. The few neighborhood hotels below, their breakfast quality is just no way in comparison to this breakfast. I am not a bread person, but I ate the whole basket of bread every. single. day..... Also, a very good restaurant "TOBRIKI" next door and the Gyro place right across the villa. This is a hotel I already recommended to my friends. Flora is super nice, arranged taxi for us to the port. The lovely cleaning lady made us breakfast every day. we wish we stayed longer :)

We loved sitting on the terrace with a view of the Caldera and sunset. The location is right off the walking path between Fira and Oia, with minimal steps.

beautiful villa with private pool, great comfortable bed and beautiful interior design. at night very quiet. The host is very kind, always there to help if needed, and gave us lots of tips to enjoy the stay. Every two days, the cleaner would come and clean the villa, plus change all towels, that was a real treat.
Lovely and clean, very modern facilities and the staff went out of their way to help. The location is nice, quieter that Fira but the bus routes are good and cheap.

The hotel is very quiet. The room is very spacious, with two bathrooms, three bedrooms, good shower facilities, and basic daily toiletries. The host enthusiastically introduced us to the surrounding facilities and made the guests feel at home. It will be a good hotel and I will choose to stay there next time. Conditions are very good in all aspects
Set 10 walking mins from transport and food, this property has all that is needed for your stay. It was in a very quiet neighbourhood. Our host was exceptional and welcoming. Nothing was an issue. The cave home is a wonderful experience.
You will need to catch a bus from the town centre to get to either end of the island. Each trip cost 1.60 euros no matter where you get off, so have cash ready.
Fantastic place to stay. Great host and great hospitality, very spacious, comfortable, equipped with everything you need, high standard. Great beds, beautiful terrace. Luxurious. Highly recommend!
Amazing cave house. We were so comfortable and loved it. Beds were so comfortable Netflix was a bonus and air con, fans and washing machine made it perfect. Very quiet neighbourhood dotted with beautiful Santorini churches and buildings. Was nice to hear locals cooking and chatting. Lots of very cute cats.
