The hotel is spotless clean and the breakfast is plenty and delicious. (Even supplied tasty gluten free bread). The pool and gardens are kept clean and I would rate them 100/100. It’s a perfect location, room is situated right in between the two big domes. Everyone wishes to get their photos clicked in this location. However this space is not for all public, you get the key to close the door. You can enjoy the Sunset and Beautiful Sunrise. Just too good, restaurant is close by shopping street is right above you!!

We were only there for a couple of nights at the beginning and end of our trip, but couldn't have been made more welcome. Great location, very quiet, but close to everything. The room was great, simple but comfortable, with a cute balcony; super clean, lovely linen and towels, water in the fridge, etc. Yanis was lovely, friendly, helpful and efficient, we couldn't have asked for more.

Location is great! The hotel is located in Finikia - a charming little town literally 10 min walking to Oia so it's near and relatively cheaper.
Room is big and clean, super quiet, we were super comfortable there and really enjoyed our stay.
Owner was super helpful and flexible when we wanted to leave our luggage there for a bit longer.

Stunning property and the most perfect sunsets to enjoy in the hot tub which was the perfect temperature. The room and bathroom is impressive. The location is also great with restaurants close by and short walk into town.

beautiful villa with private pool, great comfortable bed and beautiful interior design. at night very quiet. The host is very kind, always there to help if needed, and gave us lots of tips to enjoy the stay. Every two days, the cleaner would come and clean the villa, plus change all towels, that was a real treat.
Lovely and clean, very modern facilities and the staff went out of their way to help. The location is nice, quieter that Fira but the bus routes are good and cheap.

The hotel is very quiet. The room is very spacious, with two bathrooms, three bedrooms, good shower facilities, and basic daily toiletries. The host enthusiastically introduced us to the surrounding facilities and made the guests feel at home. It will be a good hotel and I will choose to stay there next time. Set 10 walking mins from transport and food, this property has all that is needed for your stay. It was in a very quiet neighbourhood. Our host was exceptional and welcoming. Nothing was an issue. The cave home is a wonderful experience.
You will need to catch a bus from the town centre to get to either end of the island. Each trip cost 1.60 euros no matter where you get off, so have cash ready.
Fantastic place to stay. Great host and great hospitality, very spacious, comfortable, equipped with everything you need, high standard. Great beds, beautiful terrace. Luxurious. Highly recommend!
Amazing cave house. We were so comfortable and loved it. Beds were so comfortable Netflix was a bonus and air con, fans and washing machine made it perfect. Very quiet neighbourhood dotted with beautiful Santorini churches and buildings. Was nice to hear locals cooking and chatting. Lots of very cute cats.
