Absolutely beautiful premises with lovely, attentive owners. Every desire and need were anticipated in advance. Breakfast in the courtyard each morning surrounded by the palm tree and bougainvillea vines was beautiful. The owners were so easy to communicate with even considering our transit delays and they arranged taxis for us which made transferring to/from the hotel a breeze.

Quirky and lovely! The roof top terrace is wonderful, with a direct view on Chania harbour. Extremely well positioned, easy free parking close by, right in the middle of the old city. Very steep stairs to get to the room (3rd floor), not suitable for walking impaired, not even with a cane, I would not recommend for small children either, the stairs are that steep. But otherwise what a room! Lovely host, breakfast was wonderful! Truly enjoyed our stay.

The property was located right next to the harbor, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The room was perfect for our needs. Upon arrival the mini fridge was stocked with beer, waters, and beverages, at no extra charge. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. The room was clean and the a/c worked wonderfully. Our host Lefteris was prompt to answer any questions we had. The breakfast in the morning on the roof was perfect and very filling. We were thrilled with our stay.

The location is located very close to the centre of the city. The balcony is directed towards the port so you can drink your coffee with a nice view. Also the location is part of an old monastery so you can get a feeling of the old architecture.

It was a delightful old school room, with shutters, and old photos in frames on the walls. The shutters pushed out over a charming little alleyway. Gauzy curtains completed the look, which was consistent with the feel of the old section of Chania.
It was also close to everything.

Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, with all the amenities we needed. It is in a great location within easy walking distance to the harbour and city centre. Kalliopi was a great host and was always super helpful with any questions we had. We would love to stay again.
