Just some of staff were polite and helpful. At first they let me to put the baby car sit few days before checking and I was glad about the attitude,but after checked in and get the money,they didn’t answer well or even work properly.

It was clean, complete amenities, smart tv and fridge was large and it comes also with stove and washing machine. The host are very friendly, hospitable and accommodating. And we enjoyed our stay because not only they have a lot of fruits trees which is free to eat, the view was amazing

Had a lovely stay at guesthouse family - the room was nice and clean, beds were comfy, the staff/family were very accommodating, helped with every need, felt like we were staying at mom’s house. The breakfast Marina made was delicious. Had full use of the washing machine, ironing board, kitchen outside and etc. The host took us on a beautiful sightseeing trip for an additional fee - thank you, Ruslan!
It’s a bit further from the city centre, but it wasn’t a problem, because the taxis are quite cheap.
Great location in city center, 5-7 of calm walk and you are at the beach, variety of cafes/restaurants nearby, grocery stores/supermarkets very close to the apartments. Within the apartments you have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Very nice and clean, one of the best apartments I have stayed in, big thanks to the host, who definitely took care to think about even minor things.
Extra thanks for nice computer table and chair, which I enjoyed when had a need to use my laptop.

The house is 20 minutes by walk, 5 minutes by car from the city centre and 40 - by walk, 10 - by car from the beach. There are a lot of stores around. It's a quiet place. It has everything you need for a nice stay in Batumi. The house is tidy and clean. Definitely, I will return here again!
Comfortable room in a quiet apartment, clean kitchen and shower. The apartment is in close proximity to the city center, shops, market and entertainment. The hostess respected my need for privacy and independence.

And a wonderful host: my flight was canceled twice in a row due to weather, so I arriving on the wrong day and the wrong time. But the owner accepted me even at this time.

Maria was a great host who went out of her way to make my stay very welcoming and enjoyable. I had the very large double room where the sun streamed in each morning. The house is in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Kutaisi. One suggestion: attach the shower to the wall and put up a shower curtain so the shower water doesn't flood the whole bathroom.
Amazing apartment, spacious, stylish, spotless clean, comfortable, well-equipped, great location, quiet, wonderful hosts, really lucky to have found this place.
