I travelled with my family. We had a great stay.
1. Location is really good, near a cafe and many supermarkets. Batumi beach and other attractions are 20 min walk away.
2. Facilities were good. We had a kettle in our room and we were free to use the hosts kitchen. Some windows did not open, but nothing worrisome.
3. It is a great value for money. The rooms are big.
4. Hosts were amazing, helped us and were very welcoming.
Overall do give it a shot if you're looking for a comfortable, clean, affordable stay in Batumi.

Very nice elderly couple. I arrived very late (11pm+) and they still opened me. Helped me heal my wounds from motorbiking which I'm very very grateful :) got served nice breakfast and when leaving even georgian soup. you can park motorcycle here no problem, even several. wash them etc. got invited to wine cellar but couldn't accept now as mountains are waiting and I need my focus :) maybe when getting back..

Had a lovely stay at guesthouse family - the room was nice and clean, beds were comfy, the staff/family were very accommodating, helped with every need, felt like we were staying at mom’s house. The breakfast Marina made was delicious. Had full use of the washing machine, ironing board, kitchen outside and etc. The host took us on a beautiful sightseeing trip for an additional fee - thank you, Ruslan!
It’s a bit further from the city centre, but it wasn’t a problem, because the taxis are quite cheap.
Great location in city center, 5-7 of calm walk and you are at the beach, variety of cafes/restaurants nearby, grocery stores/supermarkets very close to the apartments. Within the apartments you have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Very nice and clean, one of the best apartments I have stayed in, big thanks to the host, who definitely took care to think about even minor things.

The house is 20 minutes by walk, 5 minutes by car from the city centre and 40 - by walk, 10 - by car from the beach. There are a lot of stores around. It's a quiet place. It has everything you need for a nice stay in Batumi. The house is tidy and clean. Definitely, I will return here again!
Comfortable room in a quiet apartment, clean kitchen and shower. The apartment is in close proximity to the city center, shops, market and entertainment. The hostess respected my need for privacy and independence.
Great location. Perfect view, the best view possible: 26th floor, sea view from the windows and from the balcony. + view of the city center from the balcony.

And a wonderful host: my flight was canceled twice in a row due to weather, so I arriving on the wrong day and the wrong time. But the owner accepted me even at this time.
The host was very nice and polite; the room was very clean with a great location. The balcony was fantastic. We highly recommend it to everybody who wants to stay in the city center, and we will choose it whenever we visit Batum.

Maria was a great host who went out of her way to make my stay very welcoming and enjoyable. I had the very large double room where the sun streamed in each morning. The house is in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Kutaisi. One suggestion: attach the shower to the wall and put up a shower curtain so the shower water doesn't flood the whole bathroom.
Amazing apartment, spacious, stylish, spotless clean, comfortable, well-equipped, great location, quiet, wonderful hosts, really lucky to have found this place.
