Nat and Roksi were AMAZING! Very responsive and supportive from the time I booked until the time I checked out. They stayed in email contact with me to help me add an extra day to my stay and make arrangements to add a colleague to my booking. Whatever questions I had, they were there on the spot.
The location is great! Minutes walk from the bus stop which can take you to the middle of Oxford in a few minutes or if you prefer to walk (which I did a few times) you can get to the center of town in about 25-30mins on foot.
Lovely breakfast and 24hr tea and coffees!
Spotless rooms and bathrooms!

Lovely bedrooms, plenty of sockets, storage, tea/ coffee etc. Clean bathroom, very comfy beds and super breakfast (cost £10 ea) with lots of choice. Great host and parking available. Note twin room is on the 3rd floor with steep steps so not ideal for older people or those with mobility issues. On the main road close to Brooks uni and near the bus stop.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
A very interesting modern house with light, spacious rooms. A large, private roof terrace giving views over the garden and countryside made the bedroom a particularly pleasant place to relax. Breakfast was outstanding with top quality ingredients cooked to a high standard.
Our hostess Shirley was friendly and charming. She created a warm, welcoming atmosphere which made it very easy to feel 'at home'.
The house is located in a quiet village with easy access to many local and regional places of interest.
We had a lovely time in this charming home, though be aware that the age of the cottage means steep, narrow staircases to the room, which itself is low in places. There's no cooked breakfast option, but you don't need it. Sue's homemade granola, sourdough bread, jam and marmalade, as well as locally sourced croissants, will more than sustain you. Sue and Brendan are delightful hosts, happy to help make your stay the best it can be.
Absolutely everything. Property has everything you could possibly need or require, lovely quiet area and lovely surroundings, a friendly and helpful host. Will definitely return.
This charming property is in a quiet and central location, perfect to enjoy Wallingford as well as to relax indoors. The flat is extremely spacious and offers every confort, including a very well equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. Five stars for cleanliness.
Charming hosts who were both helpful and friendly. Superb continental breakfast taken outside in the sunny garden, quite something in March! A pleasant enough manageable stroll to the town centre. The location was pretty quiet and the property itself had delightfully tranquil feel.
Lovely breakfast. Lynne was a great host and runs a good pub with friendly regulars. Our room was quiet, spotless and well decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more and would return at the drop of a hat.
