I liked the room layout, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good and the free parking is perfect. Will defiantly stay there again.

Loved this property! Rebecca greeted us at the door and was so full of life. You couldn’t help but just love her. It was just our first impression I just got better from there. We stayed two days !! my sister-in-law and I !the homemade breakfast was so delicious! The entire house was immaculate! Our room had a coffee/ tea maker in the room, fully stocked with a jar of cookies ! In short, everything was perfect ! A real pleasure meeting both Rebecca and her mom, Carol ! Let us not forget lil Toby, Rebecca’s precious son !

Very comfortable bed. I upgraded to get an en suite which was lovely with a good shower. Friendly host. Privacy guaranteed. Walking distance to a park and the beach and lots of restaurants and takeouts. Parking on street is fine - always found a space. Breakfast was phenomenal! And although I had no dog, being a dog friendly guest house is a bonus. Also very quiet. Plenty room for clothing. Unlimited tea/coffee/milk and plenty choices of tea. Free view tv and free wifi (decent strength).
The full breakfast was plentiful and tasty.There were other good options and the owner was happy to be flexible about them. My room was quiet and clean with little extras of all sorts.I particularly enjoyed meeting "Alexa"! Rez,the host, was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.If only all guest houses were like this one!
A lovely guesthouse in a great location within easy reach of the seafront, town centre and other amenities. Paul, the owner and host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was used with quality products and well presented. We would definitely stay again.

Great location near the beach but also the town centre and local pubs and restaurants. Great hosts, They were very helpful with local information. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Great choice of teas, coffee and other beverages in the room even fresh milk in the mini fridge and fresh filtered water. Great personal touches. The Full English Breakfast was a veritable feast cooked perfectly. The hosts chatted to us and other guests during breakfast and it was this friendly personal approach which will make us book again with them.
Paul and Sally are great hosts, super welcoming. Their guest house is super clean and homely. Our room was well decorated with all amenities and little touches like a bottle of water, biscuits, robes and slippers. Breakfast the next day was delicious and plentiful in a very relaxed atmosphere. We are going to make this a yearly trip we enjoyed it that much
