En suite room was about what I expected for the cost. Bed very comfortable. Any noise was low flying aircraft (but, I love aircraft so no problem there). Light over wash hand basin (still) not working. Access too and from by No 81 bus brilliant and driver knowledgeable and very helpful.

Even before I arrived, the owner Mr Vladimir communicated with me to ensure I have delightful experience by ensuring my time of arrival and guided me to reach there comfortably. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the owner.
The Swan guest house is a charming and cozy retreat, full of character and comfort. My room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, and complimentary tea and coffee. What more, I was even offered a free upgrade to a garden facing room.

Clean, bright rooms, staff were pleasant on arrival, although had to find them in the Italian restaurant next door. Also had a sink.All worked well So, not nearly as bad as some reviews might have you believe, i thought it good value for what i paid!
