Breakfast was really nice hot and Fresh tasting and just a personal preference would have been to have un smoked bacon as it’s probably the choice of many and not the few. Other than that a really nice stay in a clean and comfortable surrounding. Room modern and very clean with tea and coffee supplied.
The hosts were very polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A very nice couple
And owners who should be proud of what they have achieved. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location a few steps from the pier. There is no dedicated parking but you can park outside the property, we've been there in November with no issues with the spaces but I guess it might be hard during the summer. The lady at the reception was so nice and kind we've had the warmest welcome ever. The room is not the biggest but there is everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, small fridge, a desk, large comfy bed, a shower room, a kettle with some milk, coffee and tea and a smart TV that connect to a local Wi-Fi. Great place for an older person or a couple, the room feels like an upstairs home bedroom.

Great location, close to all amenities yet in a quiet area of town. Excellent hosts, very friendly and informative. Room very comfortable, everything we needed was there.
It's a very friendly place to visit, right in the middle of all the entertainment great location, Baz is a great host, this was my 4th time here and we will book again.
Great location, 1 minute from town centre and 3 minutes from seafront, very quiet.
Best breakfast I have ever tasted ,bacon sausages and egg top quality.
The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
A Brilliant Guest House.
There is nothing we didn't like about our stay, the breakfast was great, the room was gorgeous, hosts so friendly and welcoming. The guesthouse was in a great location, close to the seafront but also on a lovely quiet street.
Would definitely book here again :-)
Great location, beautiful rooms, very comfortable....great host, helpful. We had origonally booked both rooms for 1 night...decided to ask if the rooms were free for 1 more night. Rooms are £5 cheaper per night if you book directly with the host Bella.
I've never stayed in a guest house before. I am thinking about doing it more often having stayed here. It's high reviews are richly deserved. Very smart and clean room. Great host, great location (quiet but near centre) and fantastic value for money (with a good full English thrown in - or something else if you want it).
