Excellent. Great location to explore Cornwall. We stayed for 3 nights, and visited Perranporth, St.Ives, Lizard point, the Minack theatre, Penzance and St.Michael’s mount. All within an hour without rushing. The hosts are fantastic, the room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
Shared kitchen was no problem, with storage for each room. Plenty of tea, coffee, and all the condiments to use, as well as biscuits and fresh fruit to help yourself to. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Will definitely be back.
Absolutely amazing place, well equipped and nice clean conditions. Quiet and very friendly, host is even providing complementary snacks and fruits, tea coffee, and many more. Had a really good time and looking forward to going back again.

Excellent location not far off the A30. Quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped, cosy apartment with our own lockable door. Our host left us fresh milk and scones, jam and Rhodders clotted cream 😋
