Great budget priced,very clean room with ensuite and allowed my 2 dogs to stay for free.

Traditional home from home features, everything we needed was available.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The owners are wonderful and very helpful. The room was large and very comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was great and it was great to chat with the owners. Highly recommend a stay here.

Everything. The staff, the food, the room. Just perfect.

Lovely room on top floor, with amazing views of the sea. Plenty of sockets all around the room. Shower ok, plenty of pressure. Bed so comfy, certainly didn't want to get up for breakfast only served til 9 am. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and no problem to serve up a gluten free one for myself. Everything about the dangers of cross contamination were addressed and I felt I could eat safely. All staff were so friendly and Gail the owner was great and very informative too.

Booked this to extend our visit another couple of days , Sasha was the perfect host so helpful and friendly. We had room 12, which was very clean and fresh, bed comfy, bathroom spacious and clean. Lovely view of the sea. Close to town and beaches . Free parking on site. Sasha let us check in early which we was grateful for as we both was not feeling well, we booked breakfast for the next day, but cancelled on short notice as we still couldn't face food, even though it smelt amazing, we wouldn't of minded still paying but Sasha said it was ok and hoped we got better soon. Just cannot fault anything, we will definitely return and hopefully we will be fighting fit next time.

The property itself was absolutely lovely, combining the charm of a cozy retreat with all the modern comforts we could need. It was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, making us feel right at home. What made our stay even more special was our host. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to offer helpful tips and recommendations. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making us feel like we were staying with old friends. They were attentive without being intrusive, which we greatly appreciated. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to some of Cornwall’s most beautiful attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day. In summary, our stay at this holiday property was nothing short of perfect. With its beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and a host who goes above and beyond, it’s a place we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating escape in Cornwall. Loved every part of my stay. Was so welcomed upon arrival with good communication before hand. House and grounds was amazing too. Bedroom was so cozy I wish I lived there and the bed to sleep in wow. Comfiest bed ever. Safe to say I will be revisiting next time I’m in the area. Thank you.
