Very nice place to stay, extremely clean and well run . We stayed for three nights and used the kitchen and the washing machine. The shared toilet and bathroom were no problem at all and we never had to wait to use them.

The location was supposed to be very convenient, close to A30, although during our stay the direction road to A30 was temporarily closed. Communal kitchen and dining area were both very handy. Staff were very friendly.

Great location, at the very end of the main high street. Nice and quiet but great access to pubs and restaurants, a short walk away. The view from the living room is fabulous. The property was qwerky and provided most of the essentials for a self catering apartment. The host was quick at responding to questions.

Great location, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hosts were exceptional, the breakfast was fabulous. What more do you need ! This was my second visit and I will be returning next year.
Lots of space, very clean, comfy bed, off street parking and a great location. This is apparently the best room and costs more than the other rooms, but is really worth it. Lynda is great host and she pays attention to detail. 5 star accomodation.
We truly enjoyed staying in The Red Guest House, the room is beautifully designed and cozy, the hosts are very attentive and friendly, offered lots of advice on how to enjoy Falmouth. Also, the breakfast is really nice, freshly prepared for you. Great location, quiet but still walking distance from the town center as well as from the nearest golden sand beach.
The host Vanessa was extremely friendly. It was very clean and the breakfast was exceptional. Very happy with the stay. Great location and quiet with parking. The young boy working there was also very friendly. Will use this guest house again.
