The location. It was very quiet and peaceful. The room was cosy and lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Ben, the host, was very welcoming. We had a lovely stay.

Great location, at the very end of the main high street. Nice and quiet but great access to pubs and restaurants, a short walk away. The view from the living room is fabulous. The property was qwerky and provided most of the essentials for a self catering apartment. The host was quick at responding to questions.

Lots of space, very clean, comfy bed, off street parking and a great location. This is apparently the best room and costs more than the other rooms, but is really worth it. Lynda is great host and she pays attention to detail. 5 star accomodation.
We truly enjoyed staying in The Red Guest House, the room is beautifully designed and cozy, the hosts are very attentive and friendly, offered lots of advice on how to enjoy Falmouth. Also, the breakfast is really nice, freshly prepared for you. Great location, quiet but still walking distance from the town center as well as from the nearest golden sand beach.
The host Vanessa was extremely friendly. It was very clean and the breakfast was exceptional. Very happy with the stay. Great location and quiet with parking. The young boy working there was also very friendly. Will use this guest house again.
