We had a fantastic stay at Sinai House, rooms are well kept and very comfortable. Victor and Alison are super hosts and very welcoming. Breakfast selection was very good and the food itself was top notch. There is also an honesty bar near reception which is ideal if you fancy a quick nightcap. Maria and Clive have put a lot of effort into the property over the last years to bring it all together beautifully
Their attention to their guests is unsurpassed. In addition to their fabulous - and huge - breakfasts, they have recently started doing evening meals - head & shoulders above any other local eatery.

Charming Inn with great history. Location is excellent for access to walking paths and close enough to Lynmouth and Lynton without being in town. The rooms were so comfortable and the bathroom was very modern. It was SO quiet at night yet there was a lively bar with pool table and games if you desire. Breakfast was provided and very ample for a day of sightseeing or trekking.

Wonderful big English breakfast served with a smile and interest.
Loved the location and personal attention to preferences.
The building has thick walls and so internet was not possible in the rooms. But internet is possible in the pub and entrance lounge/outside seating at front door.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Incredible breakfast - I'm vegetarian and usually feel 'left out' but the menu changed daily - I still dream of the fluffy pancakes! Gorgeous garden. Delicious homemade flapjacks and excellent breakfast.
Cosy and welcoming, Simon and Penny were great hosts. Lovely fireplace. Well decorated and spotlessly clean all round. Great tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Excellent breakfast each morning.
The hosts always make us welcome. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The location is lovely and quiet and central to the Exmoor Park. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious with plenty to choose from (especially as I'm on a dairy and gluten free diet). Overall a very relaxing and pleasurable stay.
