Built into the hillside above the village of Lynton, the Sinai House is set in a 1850s house featuring a fully licensed bar.

We had a fantastic stay at Sinai House, rooms are well kept and very comfortable. Victor and Alison are super hosts and very welcoming. Breakfast selection was very good and the food itself was top notch. There is also an honesty bar near reception which is ideal if you fancy a quick nightcap. Blue Ball Inn, hotel in Exford

The Blue Ball Inn is located in the north of Exmoor National Park, 550 yards from the sea. It offers home-cooked food, a traditional pub and rooms with countryside views.

Charming Inn with great history. Location is excellent for access to walking paths and close enough to Lynmouth and Lynton without being in town. The rooms were so comfortable and the bathroom was very modern. It was SO quiet at night yet there was a lively bar with pool table and games if you desire. Breakfast was provided and very ample for a day of sightseeing or trekking.

Wonderful big English breakfast served with a smile and interest. Loved the location and personal attention to preferences. The building has thick walls and so internet was not possible in the rooms. But internet is possible in the pub and entrance lounge/outside seating at front door.

The hosts always make us welcome. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The location is lovely and quiet and central to the Exmoor Park. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious with plenty to choose from (especially as I'm on a dairy and gluten free diet). Overall a very relaxing and pleasurable stay.
