Great location, good value. Stayed in Room

Set in Sidmouth, in a historic building, 19 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium, The Salty Monk Bed & Breakfast is a recently renovated guest house with a garden and bar.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Characterful, spacious house with large bedroom. Spotlessly clean with great bathroom and shower. Really enjoyed using the large shared kitchen, dining room and garden. Great location, walking distance to city centre and attractions. Really quiet and relaxing.
A really charming hotel with something of a boutique feel. Great location by the river (nice weather meant sitting outside was a bonus). The walk into town is steep and might bother people who are less able but it is quick and convenient otherwise.
Perfect location for an overnight stay in Exeter.
Within walking distance of Exeter city centre and Exeter Quay.
Set in a very quiet estate, perfect for a good night's sleep.
Spacious, comfortable room with adjoining bathroom.
Great hosts - would definitely stay again.
We had a 3 fantastic nights at Brook Farmhouse. It is a charming cottage. The king room was huge. Very quiet location. We enjoyed spending evenings in the living room by the fire place. Penny and Paul were great hosts and managed all our queries with smile. The breakfast was great specially the apple juice!
Great location for car and bus from M5, Exeter City Centre and the Royal Devon & Exeter hospitals. Quiet & private. Very large bedrooms all with separate keys. Shared living area includes seating & kitchen, which is well equipped for 6 guests. Spotlessly clean & warm. Able to park 1 or 2 cars immediately outside the front door. Hosts are keen to make the stay as enjoyable as possible and respond quickly to text/phone, but they live very close to the apartment if visits are necessary.
A beautiful boutique hotel eithrhe perfect hosts. A short walk from the city centre but positioned in a wonderfully quiet location, making for a great night's sleep in an extremely comfortable bed.
Very much recommended.
Very nice apartment - great location, close to city centre, but also quiet. High ceilings, big windows let a lot of light in. Hosts reply to any queries very quickly. Would stay again.
