Ashcroft Farmhouse, hotel in East Calder

Offering garden views, Ashcroft Farmhouse in East Calder provides accommodations and a garden. This guest house offers free private parking, bicycle parking, and free Wifi.

Elizabeth was an incredible host. She's so kind and really funny and smart, and she cares a lot about her guests. This place isn't directly in the city but is very close to the airport, and was well worth the tradeoff. It's only £6 round trip bus ride to the city (super easy, the bus stop was around the corner and lots of available times). The breakfast was really wonderful, the room was perfect and the bed was SO comfortable. I can't recommend enough that you stay here.

Whitecroft B&B, hotel in East Calder

Whitecroft B&B enjoys a location in Edinburgh, 10 miles from Murrayfield Stadium and 10 miles from Edinburgh Zoo.

We booked the Whitecroft B&B as a final stay in Scotland before our flight home. It was a wonderfully relaxing way to end our trip. The breakfast was amazing! And the beds were so comfortable. The treats in the room along with the coffee/tea service included our favorite Tunnock's caramel wafers.
