Very friendly, super clean, fantastic decor, very high standard, bed was lovely and comfy, fab pillows! The hot tub was great, easy to book your slot/s, if like us it was a great start and end to a day. The hubby found the sauna to be an added bonus!! Fantastic seating areas by the river, very soothing to listen to the water rushing by, there is a lovely little summer house outside too, we would love to visit again in the summer. The biggest healthiest chickens in the front garden, don't forget to take them some grapes! Super breakfasts, and the smoothies were delicious, all in all not a bad thing to say about this fantastic little guest house!!

It was in a beautiful location, set on a remote farm in Dumfries & Galloway. The bed was comfy & the host was so lovely, allowing us to purchase eggs from their hens & use their phone for wifi access. The hosts are fairly new to renting out the cottage but I’m sure it’ll be a great place for future guests!
Hotel is secluded and peaceful - great for a quiet getaway. Food is superb as always, plenty of thought put in to the menus and standard of cooking and presentation is excellent.
My daughter liked the DVD selection and Netflix. She also liked the room key!
