Very friendly staff, very clean and comfy and a really delicious breakfast! Can't fault our stay at all. Jackie was also a gem and helped me de-ice my car as I didn't have any de-icer which was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Breakfast was really good and they were kind enough to offer it to me a little early due to my work starting hours. Good facilities in room and comfortable. Very convenient location and parking.

Great location up a quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes walk from the city centre and all Carlisle has to offer.
Very well equipped, comfortable and spacious rooms.
Basic items and treats in the fridge very welcome.
An excellent stay.
Guest house was very quaint.
Rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, with own exsuite.
Breakfast was more than adequate.
And Leanne was a wonderful hostess.
Beautiful guest house, really just lovely and welcoming. I had a night here when doing a long commute and it felt like a piece of home. It was comfy, well decorated and quiet and Leanne was an excellent host. Breakfast was generous and satisfying and I couldn’t be happier!
Great location and the host was amazing, went above and beyond. Was quiet, good bed, good shower. Decor little dated but actually had a nice personality to the place. Recommend
What a great find. A proper B&B in all the right ways. A large city centre town house sympathetically laid out whilst retaining great features. Plenty of permit parking nearby. A great hostess and a fabulous breakfast offering. Thoroughly recommended.
Quiet an peacefull stay just outside Carlisle city center. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the host was very kind to accomodate to my dietary requests. It's a great location for those walking along Hadrian's wall path.
