The location was perfect. I was there for the Ayr Races and it was a short taxi ride away. I arrived by train and I was able to walk from the station which took about 20 minutes, through the centre of town. Close to the nightlife and felt safe walking home alone.
I arrived before check in and although my room wasn’t ready they let me quickly get changed. The owner was lovely and so was the housekeeping lady.
The room was lovely and clean and the bed was really comfy. Towels and toiletries provided along with a kettle and tea and coffee, oh and some nice biscuits too.
I didn’t stay for breakfast which was included as I needed to catch an early train but it did smell lovely as a left.
I would definitely stay here again.

The room overlooked the harbour which was very pretty. There was a nice little restaurant called Gro Coffee a 2 min walk away. The room was spotless and nicely decorated.

Very clean, lots of attention to detail. Owners were lovely. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Room was small but well laid out.

Absolutely lovely B&B, with beautiful comfy rooms. Parking was easy outside, and it's handy to town for restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was immaculate, but the highlight were the hosts, who were chatty, welcoming, and professional all at once. And the little touches in the room were fantastic, such as plenty of milk for tea (why do so many places only give you enough for one cup?), and even a welcome card. Couldn't fault a single thing!

Good bed and breakfast on a quiet residential street, very close to Ayr Beach and only a few streets back from the town centre of Ayr. Paul was a good host and the breakfast room was lovely.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Inverlea guest house. Liz was a wonderful host and could not do enough for us. The breakfast was outstanding (the porridge was excellent) and the room and en-suite was immaculate. It is situated on a quiet road but is accessible to the beach and shops etc. The house itself is stunning and the gardens are beautiful. We will definitely be back.
Great location for everything own private parking. Apartment was super modern and clean. Bed was really comfy too. couldn’t fault it plus Derek was a great host.
Brian is a great host, very informative from the moment we booked, he had lots of great recommendations aswell which helped with two small children. the apartment was immaculate throughout and there are lots of little helpful things including milk, pop, biscuits and other bits left for when we arrived which was a lovely touch. great location, close to the beach, train station and supermarkets. Would definitely stay here again if we where in the area.
Great location very near to the town centre but in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Car parking was easy with a reserved space in front of the apartment block. Lovely host who met us to let us in and hand over the keys. Good contact with her throughout our visit. Apartment had everything we required to self cater for three days. Note - on the second floor but stairs and lift available.
