Very close to the train station and walking distance to Aviemore. Did not get the chance to use the hot tub, but the sauna was a nice bonus especially in December. The room was very comfortable and the hosts are wonderful! The breakfast is better than anything you would get at a hotel. I would stay here again next time I am in Aviemore.

What a delightful stay we had at Rossmor Guest House! It was hard to leave. The location allowed us to walk everywhere: into town, to dinner both nights, and to a variety of local walking trails. Breakfast was delicious, with multiple options, and the hosts provided recommendations for fantastic dinner places and fun things to do in the area. The room was spacious yet cozy, with all the necessary amenities, strong hot shower, and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Our hosts were welcoming and warm and we thank them for such an enjoyable stay!

Mark is a very friendly and helpful host. He prepares a yummy breakfast (yogurt with fresh fruits, porridge, pancakes with maple syrup and all sorts of cooked scottish breakfast). It’s a beautiful (and quiet) guest house within walking distance to the restaurants.
The breakfast was lovely, setting you up well for a day out walking. Very clean and comfortable room, great location. Adrian is a great host, friendly and helpful with information about the local area. Very dog friendly.
Stayed in one of the pods for the weekend. The pods were very clean and Ken and Gill had catered for everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy which made for a good night sleep.
The breakfast was amazing.
There is an EV charging point which we used through the night and it was very cheap to charge the car.

Second visit to this fantastic guest house. Great hosts, beautiful rooms, comfy beds, superb breakfast. Was lucky enough to be upgraded to a larger room and gifted some black pudding to take home. Can’t recommend highly enough!
This guest house is a delightful accommodation in Aviemore. It is slightly out of the main precinct and therefore quiet. The host, Adrian, is a friendly and extremely helpful guy. He gave us great guidance on walking options and his breakfast was generous and delicious. We thoroughly recommend this property.
