The flat was cosy and we had pretty much everything we needed. It's quiet and even though it can get hot, there is fan which makes a difference. The host was really kind and helpful. It's a great location to ho visit the châteaux. We visited châteaux de Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau and Villandry. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Great location, very close to a wide range of good restaurants and the guinguette, 10 minutes walk from the train station. Hosts, including Prada the Cat, were welcoming and friendly. Rooms nicely decorated with character, comfortable and quiet. Buffet breakfast was extensive with fresh pastries and cake a highlight.
Friendly welcome - upgraded room, complete cleanliness and well sound proofed room with working shutters, double glazing and curtains. Charming host and lovely breakfast of wide variety of buffet foods including croissants and yogurt, fresh fruit ham cheese. All staff were most helpful offering thoughtful service always with a gracious smile. Marvellous nights sleep; excellent bathroom facilities. Great location. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

This home is a small private house with parking lot and charming patio. Very comfortable, quite and close (15 min) to city center. Lovely host :) what else you need?
Great location in the centre of town. Interesting apartment which was very clean. The communications from the host were excellent and very responsive. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a city centre break in Tours. Parking has to be paid for but the nearby underground parking is very affordable. On street parking is potentially expensive so best to avoid.
Olivier could not have been more helpful. Gave us a comprehensive introduction to the apartment and its facilities. A superb apartment in a great location easy walking distance from the Cathedral and city centre. Balcony views to the river Loire and Cathedral. Oliver ensured he was available on departure to check all had been OK. Great host, great location, superb apartment what more could you ask for! Such a friendly host who lives close by. Fabulous place to stay.
